We ship from over 25 locations in the United States.
- All damage claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt. When reporting damage, be sure to hold all packing materials for inspection.
- Any shortages must be emailed to customer service within 5 days of receipt. However, please note that some items may be backordered and shipping at a later date.
- All returned shipments are subject to a 10% handling fee.
- All shipments that are refused or returned without contacting Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
- You can obtain this number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put RETURNS in the subject line.
- Any authorized return must be carefully packed and be in an unmarked saleable condition to be accepted.
- All returned merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid.
